About ACR

Michael Pignato began Advnaced Cleaning Services of Fall of 1990. In 1993, Advanced Cleaning Services was incorporated as Advanced Cleaning & Restoration Inc. (ACR). In 1991, ACR began specializing in water and fire mitigation. ACR quickly grew from one to over 15 employees. We accomplished this not just with equipment and training, but with a major emphasis on customer service and Mike's personal understanding of the emotional stress that loss victims experience.

Michael Pignato's grandson, Michael Dunn, with a background in construction and business management, came aboard in 2002 as operations manager. After receiving certifications in water damage, fire damage, contents restoration, advanced structural drying, carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, duct cleaning, mold and sewage remediation, carpet replair, electronics restoration, and thermal imaging, as well as a further education in business operations, he was ready to take over as owner. The deal was made in 2006.

Michael Pignato is enjoying retirement, and Michael Dunn is enjoying ACR, agressively growing the company, while maintaining the customer service we are so well known for.
